AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES
We put a high priority on keeping our lead times to a minimum. Please do keep in mind that all of our products are hand made by ourselves and lead times do vary, dependent on the time of year and demand. Please do not hesitate to contact us to check availability of particular ranges. We will always inform you if a particular item has a longer lead time, and we do ask that if you require products for a specific date that you place your order in plenty of time and we will do our best to fulfill your requirements.
Delivery charges/Postage and Packing will be advised in your confirmation email, within 24 hours of you placing you order. Payment is not required until your order has been agreed and ready for dispatch and we will advise you of your dispatch and delivery date in your confirmation email. Free Postage and Packing applies to orders over £300 (Ex VAT).
Products delivered damaged or broken must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery and returned to us within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by full details and invoice number. Any claims can only be made within 7 days of delivery and any items will be replaced or a credit note issued, provided the damage occurred prior to delivery. If the outer cartons appear damaged on receipt please ensure that you make a note on the courier’s paperwork before accepting delivery. The issuing of any credit notes or replacement items is always at the discretion of Berserks Glass Works Ltd.
