How to Return

You may return your order by giving us notice of returns within 7 days of the date of delivery. If you require your original postage to be refunded you must notify us within 7 days. Such notice must be given by use of the returns section on this page. Please repack the Product(s) using the original packing supplied. Please do not return any products without authorisation from our team.

You will then be entitled to a full refund from us, including your original delivery cost (within 7 days notification required – see above), which shall be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days from receipt by us of the returned Product(s).
Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no additional cost. Please inform us of any damage to the Product(s) within 24 hours of delivery.

Unless Product(s) are damaged, faulty or the wrong goods are sent in error you must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us.

If you are returning damaged, faulty or the wrong goods sent to you in error, please specify this as the reason for your return at the time of notifying us of the return, by contacting Customer Services.

While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition.
