ORDERING
The purchase price for each item will be shown by each product exclusive of VAT, all prices shown are per unit and minimum order quantities will also be shown by each product code. All orders are subject to Berserks Glass Works Ltd confirmation and availability.
Berserks Glass Works Ltd are unable to offer credit facilities, but as a wholesale customer we only require a £100 minimum (Ex VAT) spend and we also allow you to purchase very small minimum quantities on all our items. We hope you understand why we have this policy, as all items are handmade to order.
PRODUCTS
Product dimensions are listed in centimetres and are approximate due to the handmade nature of the products, glass properties and the production methods used and as such, no two products will be identical. Colours, patterns and designs may vary slightly, especially as glass is notoriously difficult to reproduce in photographs and glass colours can be slightly different from batch to batch. Whilst we make every effort to show all of our products accurately and produce excellent quality in every piece we make, we accept no liability for any perceived variations between photographed or described items and actual items.
COPYING/TRADEMARKS and COPYRIGHT
This website or any portion of this website (images or text) may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
All original design work and products are the original designs and intellectual property of Berserks Glass Works Ltd and Glass Artist Dawn Campbell-Jones who retain sole ownership, and are protected by copyright. Berserks Glass Works Ltd will take legal proceedings against any customer, retailer, wholesaler or manufacturer that makes unauthorised copies or reproductions of any Berserks products; we are also protected by A.C.I.D (Anti Copying in Design) and The Intellectual Property Office.
E-COMMERCE
Due to the hand made nature and quality of our products, we request that items should not be sold via bidding and auction websites, or 3rd party marketplace websites. This is to ensure the recommended selling prices of our products remain fair to all in the market place. We do however have no issues with our products being marketed via customers own legitimate websites.
PRICING
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice. All prices will be confirmed and order agreed with the purchaser before payment is requested. No payment will be required before the order has been agreed.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment is requested when your order has been agreed and is ready for dispatch. Payments can be made by Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Cheque (please note, we will not send goods out until cheques have cleared).
AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES
We put a high priority on keeping our lead times to a minimum. Please do keep in mind that all of our products are hand made by ourselves and lead times do vary, dependent on the time of year and demand. Please do not hesitate to contact us to check availability of particular ranges. We will always inform you if a particular item has a longer lead time, and we do ask that if you require products for a specific date that you place your order in plenty of time and we will do our best to fulfill your requirements.
DELIVERY
Delivery charges/Postage and Packing will be advised in your confirmation email, shortly after placing your order. Payment is not required until your order has been agreed and ready for dispatch and we will advise you of your dispatch and delivery date in your confirmation email. Free Postage and Packing applies to orders over £300 (Ex VAT).
DAMAGED GOODS/RETURNS
Products delivered damaged or broken must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery and returned to us within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by full details and invoice number. Any claims can only be made within 7 days of delivery and any items will be replaced or a credit note issued, provided the damage occurred prior to delivery. If the outer cartons appear damaged on receipt please ensure that you make a note on the courier’s paperwork before accepting delivery. The issuing of any credit notes or replacement items is always at the discretion of Berserks Glass Works Ltd.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. When you place an order, we require your name, address, telephone number, email address and card number, expiry date, start date and issue number, if applicable. Once your order has been completed we will delete your payment details, but the rest of the information will be kept so we can inform you of offers and new products from Berserks Glass Works Ltd.

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. Berserks Glass Works Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
RETENTION OF TITLE AND LEGAL NOTIFICATION FOR ALL ORDERS
These goods remain the property of Berserks Glass Works Ltd until such time as they are paid for in full. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but the ownership of the goods shall remain with Berserks Glass Works Ltd until full payment has been received from the Buyer. In the event of non-payment Berserks Glass Works Ltd shall be entitled to repossess the goods directly from the premises of the buyer if necessary. In the event of the goods having been subject to prior re-sale, Berserks Glass Works Ltd shall be entitled to the proceeds of the re-sale in the hands of the buyer, liquidator, receiver or trustee in the bankruptcy of the Buyer.
LIABILITY
Berserks Glass Works Ltd shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in the Goods nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the goods.
