DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all orders immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at info@berserksglass.co.uk within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned products will be replaced with new products. Returned products will not be accepted if they are held for more than 15 days after receipt.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Wholesale orders may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective products as noted above.
